Project overview

BS2 is a Brazilian digital bank with a clear challenge: grow fast in customer acquisition without slowing down the operation. We worked side by side with the marketing, commercial and paid traffic teams to create a landing page structure that could keep up with the speed of the business — not the other way around.

The challenge was not to build a pretty page. It was to build a system that allowed testing, adapting and publishing in hours.

Situation

Every new product started from zero

Static pages, updates depending on an external development agency and a traditional web creation flow. Every test or tweak became a project, and every project took weeks or months to ship. The marketing team was growing faster than the structure could keep up with.

Task & action

A modular structure to move at the speed of marketing

We built a modular landing page system in Webflow with interchangeable components — adaptable by product, audience and campaign without depending on development. Together with the marketing team we owned the digital communication decisions, adapting language and structure for each new offer. Paid traffic, CRO and adjustments started happening in cycles of days.

Results

The testing cycle went from months to days

Without conversion numbers to share, the most concrete result was operational: delivery capacity grew dozens of times over. Testing became cheap. Adjusting became fast. Marketing gained real autonomy to operate without a development bottleneck.
