Real estate platform

A new real estate experience that breaks the listing model. Connecting buyers and homes the way real life works, not the way databases do.

Project overview

Date a Home is a real estate platform that works like a Tinder for homes — buyers match with properties based on preferences, not on traditional searches. We worked alongside the startup's development team to turn the MVP into a real, ready-to-grow product.

The challenge was to take a validated concept and turn it into a cohesive, intuitive and scalable product experience.

Situation

A validated MVP that needed to become a product

With the concept proven, the moment was to evolve to version 1.0. That meant translating MVP learnings, feedback from real users and business demands into a platform anyone could use without friction — keeping the concept's innovation at the center.

Task & action

Product design from scratch to handoff

We acted as a bridge between business, development and users. We consolidated feedback from multiple fronts — user testing, the commercial team and development — and turned it into navigation flows and screens. We worked on more than 10 main flows, covering the whole platform journey. We also designed the first web assets so the marketing team could start building the brand's digital presence.

Results

Over 200 screens delivered to the development team

Version 1.0 launched with a user experience structured from start to finish — tested flows, documented screens and a visual system ready to grow. The marketing team received the initial assets to start communication while the product was still being finalized.
